Despite the Covid-19 outbreak, Wing Tai Asia still manged to sell 70 per cent or over 360 units of its latest mixed development project, The M over the weekend. All units were sold at an average price of $2,450 per square foot. The M condo is the first major private development that is opened for public preview since the virus outbreak hit Singapore during Chinese New Year in January.
